Section 449 of IPC 1860:- House-trespass in order to commit offence punishable with death -

Whoever commits house-trespass in order to the committing of any offence punishable with death, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with rigorous imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 449 का विवरण - मृत्यु से दण्डनीय अपराध को करने के लिए गृह-अतिचार -

जो कोई मृत्यु से दण्डनीय अपराध करने के लिए गृह-अतिचार करेगा वह आजीवन कारावास से, या कठिन कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
