Whoever commits lurking house-trespass after sunset and before sunrise, is said to commit "lurking house-trespass by night".

जो कोई सूर्यास्त के पश्चात् और सूर्योदय से पूर्व प्रच्छन्न गृह अतिचार करता है, वह “रात्रौ प्रच्छन्न गृह-अतिचार" करता है, यह कहा जाता है।
