Section 443 of IPC 1860:- Lurking house-trespass -
Whoever commits house-trespass having taken precautions to conceal such house-trespass from some person who has a right to exclude or eject the trespasser from the building, tent or vessel which is the subject of the trespass, is said to commit “lurking house-trespass”.

जो कोई यह पूर्वावधानी बरतने के पश्चात् गृह अतिचार करता है कि ऐसे गृह-अतिचार को किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति से छिपाया जाए जिसे उस निर्माण, तम्बू या जलयान में से, जो अतिचार का विषय है, अतिचारी को अपवर्जित करने या बाहर कर देने का अधिकार है, वह “प्रच्छन्न गृह-अतिचार" करता है, यह कहा जाता है।
