Section 371 of IPC 1860:- Habitual dealing in slaves -

Whoever habitually imports, exports, removes, buys, sells, traffics or deals in slaves, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 371 का विवरण - दासों का अभ्यासिक व्यौहार करना -

जो कोई अभ्यासतः दासों को आयात करेगा, निर्यात करेगा, अपसारित करेगा, खरीदेगा, बेचेगा या उनका दुर्व्यापार या व्यौहार करेगा, वह आजीवन कारावास से, या दोनों में से किसी भाँति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष से अधिक न होगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
