Section 367 of IPC 1860:-  Kidnapping or abducting in order to subject person to grievous hurt, slavery, etc. -

Whoever kidnaps or abducts any person in order that such person may be subjected, or may be so disposed of as to be put in danger of being subject to grievous hurt, or slavery, or to the unnatural lust of any person, or knowing it to be likely that such person will be so subjected or disposed of, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 367 का विवरण - व्यक्ति को घोर उपहति, दासत्व, आदि का विषय बनाने के उद्देश्य से व्यपहरण या अपहरण -

जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति का व्यपहरण या अपहरण इसलिए करेगा कि उसे घोर उपहति या दासत्व का या किसी व्यक्ति की प्रकृति विरुद्ध काम-वासना का विषय बनाया जाए या बनाए जाने के खतरे में वह जैसे पड़ सकता है वैसे उसे व्ययनित किया जाए, या सम्भाव्य जानते हुए करेगा कि ऐसे व्यक्ति को उपर्युक्त बातों का विषय बनाया जाएगा या उपर्युक्त रूप से व्ययनित किया जाएगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा, और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
