Section 341 of IPC 1860:-Punishment for wrongful restraint -

Whoever wrongfully restrains any person shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or, with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.

जो कोई किसी व्यक्ति का सदोष अवरोध करेगा, वह सादा कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक मास तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो पांच सौ रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डित किया जाएगा।
