 Section 131 Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020: 

Power of Central Government to amend Schedule. - The Central Government may, by notification, amend any Schedule by way of addition, alteration or omission therein and on any such notification being issued, the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
