Section 13 Press And Registration Of Books Act, 1867: 


Penalty for keeping press without making declaration required by section 4.— Whoever shall keep in his possession any such press as aforesaid. 52 [In contravention of any of the provisions contained in section 4 of this Act], shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be punished by fine not exceeding 53 [two thousand] rupees, or by simple imprisonment for a term not exceeding 54 [six months] or by both.
