 Section 130 Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020: 

Persons required to give notice, etc., legally bound to do so. - Every person required to give any notice or to furnish any information to any authority in relation to the provisions of this Code shall be legally bound to do so within the meaning of section 176 of the Indian Penal Code(45 of 1860).
