 Section 11A Aircraft Act 1934: 

Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under section 5A. —If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section 5A, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 63 [two years] or 64 [with fine which may extend to ten lakhs rupees], or with both.
