Section 59  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996: 

Appealable orders.—

(1) An appeal shall lie from the order refusing—

(a) to refer the parties to arbitration under section 54; and

(b) to enforce a foreign award under section 57, to the court authorised by law to hear appeals from such order.

(2) No second appeal shall lie from an order passed in appeal under this section, but nothing in this section shall affect or take away any right to appeal to the Supreme Court.

माध्यस्थम् और सुलह अधिनियम, 1996 की धारा 59 का विवरण : 

अपीलनीय आदेश-(1) ऐसे किसी आदेश से कोई अपील, जिसमें-

(क) धारा 54 के अधीन पक्षकारों को माध्यस्थम् के लिए निर्दिष्ट करने ; और

(ख) धारा 57 के अधीन किसी विदेशी पंचाट को प्रदर्शित करने, से इंकार कर दिया गया हो, उस न्यायालय में होगी, जो ऐसे आदेश की अपील सुनने के लिए विधि द्वारा प्राधिकृत हो ।

(2) इस धारा के अधीन अपील में पारित किसी आदेश से द्वितीय अपील नहीं होगी, किन्तु इस धारा में की कोई भी बात उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील करने के किसी अधिकार पर प्रभाव न डालेगी और न उसे ले लेगी ।
