Section 245 of IPC 1860:-Unlawfully taking coining instrument from mint -
Whoever, without lawful authority, takes out of any mint, lawfully established in India, any coining tool or instrument, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

आईपीसी, 1860 (भारतीय दंड संहिता) की धारा 245 का विवरण - टकसाल से सिक्का बनाने का उपकरण विधिविरुद्ध रूप से लेना -
जो कोई भारत में विधिपूर्वक स्थापित किसी टकसाल में से सिक्का बनाने के किसी औजार या उपकरण को विधिपूर्ण प्राधिकार के बिना बाहर निकाल लाएगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।
