Article 31B in The Indian Constitution

alidation of certain Acts and Regulations Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in Article 31A, none of the Acts and Regulations specified in the Ninth Schedule nor any of the provisions thereof shall be deemed to be void, or ever to have become void, on the ground that such Act, Regulation or provision is inconsistent with, or takes away or abridges any of the rights conferred by, any provisions of this Part, and notwithstanding any judgment, decree or order of any court or tribunal to the contrary, each of the said Acts and Regulations shall, subject to the power of any competent Legislature to repeal or amend it, continue in force

Article 31B in Hindi - भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 31B का विवरण -  कुछ अधिनियमों और विनियमों का विधिमान्यकरण

अनुच्छेद 31क में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों की व्यापकता पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना, नवीं अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिनियमों और विनियमों में से और उनके उपबंधों में से कोई इस आधार पर शून्य या कभी शून्य हुआ नहीं समझा जाएगा कि वह अधिनियम, विनियम या उपबंध इस भाग के किन्हीं उपबंधों द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों में से किसी से असंगत है या उसे छीनता है या न्यून करता है और किसी न्यायालय या अधिकरण के किसी प्रतिकूल निर्णय, डिक्री या आदेश के होते हुए भी, उक्त अधिनियमों और विनियमों में से प्रत्येक, उसे निरसित या संशोधित करने की किसी सक्षम विधान-मंडल की शक्ति के अधीन रहते हुए, प्रवृत्त बना रहेगा।]
