Section 68  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996: 

Administrative assistance.—In order to facilitate the conduct of the conciliation proceedings, the parties, or the conciliator with the consent of the parties, may arrange for administrative assistance by a suitable institution or person.

प्रशासनिक सहायता-सुलह कार्यवाहियों का संचालन सुकर बनाने के लिए पक्षकार, या पक्षकारों की सहमति से सुलहकर्ता, किसी उपयुक्त संस्था या व्यक्ति द्वारा प्रशासनिक सहायता की व्यवस्था कर सकेगा ।
