 OROP | One Rank One Pension Case | Indian ExService Movement Case Supreme Court 2022

3 Judges Bench of Supreme Court of India has today pronounced its verdict on One Rank One Pension issue. SC has uphold the One Rank One Pension scheme of Government and said there is no legal mandate for one rank one pension to ex-servicemen. Justice D Y Chandrachud presided the bench along with other judges in the bench were Justice Suryakant and Justice Vikram Nath. NDA government in 2015 introduced the one rank one pension policy with revision in OROP every five years.
