Section 146 Code on Social Security, 2020 :



Section 146  National Social Security Board and State Unorganised Workers’ Board. 

Members, officers and staff to be public servants.

Every member of a Social Security Organisation and the officers and staff thereof, any Inspector-cum-Facilitator, competent authority, Authorised Officer, Recovery Officer and any other person discharging any function under this Code, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).

 अटल पेंशन योजना अटल पेंशन योजना के तहत भारत सरकार देश के सभी नागरिकों को पेंशन की सुविधा प्रदान करती है। यह सुविधा देश के हर नागरिक के लिए है। जो भी इस योजना से जुड़ना चाहता है उसकी उम्र 18 साल से 40 साल तक होनी चाहिए। इस योजना के तहत आप 1000 से 5000 तक का प्रतिमा पेंशन प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इस योजना में आप हर मां सिर्फ ₹42 के मामूली रकम काफी निवेश कर सकते हैं। आप नीचे दिए गए ए पी वाई चार्ट और अटल पेंशन योजना केलकुलेटर देख सकते हैं। इस योजना को प्राप्त करने की पात्रता 1. अभी तो कोई भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए और उसकी उम्र 18 साल से 14 वर्ष के बीच होनी आवश्यक है। 2. ए पी वाई के लिए न्यूनतम योगदान अवधि 20 साल है जिसके बाद ही सरकार गारंटी कृत न्यूनतम पेंशन प्रदान करेगी। 3. लाभार्थी पति पत्नी और नामांकित व्यक्ति के केवाईसी के लिए आधार और मोबाइल नंबर अनिवार्य दस्तावेज है। 4. इसके अलावा आवाज पता प्रमाण के लिए उम्मीदवार राशन कार्ड या बैंक पासबुक जमा कर सकते हैं। उम्मीदवार मासिक पेंशन 1000 से 5000 रुपए के बीच चुनकर नियमित मासिक योगदान सुनिश्चित कर सकते हैं इसके अलावा नागरिक साल में एक बार अप्...
