 Supreme Court Judgement on Pegasus


Supreme Court on 27th October 2021 has delivered its  verdict in Manohar Lal Sharma vs Union of India case which pertains to pegasus spyware issue. Three judge bench of Supreme Court of India has constituted a three member technical committee under Retired Supreme Court Judge R K Ravindran to investigate and equire about the Pegasus Spying issue.
