Supreme Court of India opened after summer vacation

Supreme Court of India has opened after the summer vacation of year 2022 on 11th July. With the opening of court came the judgments of the apex court on its 1st working day, which are more than three dozens. If we talk about few important cases than Abu Salem Case, Vijay Mallya Case and Satender Kumar Antil vs CBI are few important decision among the verdict pronounced by Supreme Court today. In the Satender Kumar Antil Case division bench has also recommended for a separate bail act for better tackling the bail issues across India.
