Section 306 of IPC 1860:-Abetment of suicide -

If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

यदि कोई व्यक्ति आत्महत्या करे, तो जो कोई ऐसी आत्महत्या का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा, वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दण्डित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दण्डनीय होगा।

  2. If someone trying to commit sucide just bcoz of mantle and physical harrasment, but after he/she will be safe by doctors. Then, is dere ipc 306 applicable or not?
