 Specific Relief Act in Hindi / विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम, 1963: स्पेसिफिक रिलीफ एक्ट 1963  में बनाया गया एक कानून है जो की जब किन्ही के बीच कोई एग्रीमेंट या कॉन्ट्रैक्ट होता है और एक पार्टी उसको पूरा नहीं करती तो दूसरी पार्टी कोर्ट के द्वारा उस संविदा को पूरा करने के लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाती है।  ये सब स्पेसिफिक रिलीफ एक्ट १९६३ के तहत ही किया जाता है।

5 - विनिर्दिष्ट स्थावर सम्पत्ति का प्रत्युद्धरण (Recovery of specific immovable property)

6 - स्थावर सम्पत्ति से बेकब्जा किये गए व्यक्ति द्वारा वाद (Suit by person dispossessed of immovable property)

7 - विनिर्दिष्ट जंगम सम्पत्ति का प्रत्युद्धरण (Recovery of specific movable property)

8 - कब्जा धारण करने वाले व्यक्ति का, जो स्वामी के नाते नहीं है, अव्यवहित कब्जे के हकदार व्यक्तियों को परिदत्त करने का दायित्व (Liability of person in possession, not as owner, to deliver to persons entitled to immediate possession)

9 - संविदा पर आधारित अनुतोष के लिये वादों में प्रतिरक्षाएँ (Defences respecting suits for relief based on contract)

10 - संविदाओं की बाबत विनिर्दिष्ट पालन (Specific performance in respect of contracts)

11 - दशाएँ जिनमें न्यासों के साथ सम्बद्ध संविदाओं का विनिर्दिष्ट पालन प्रवर्तनीय है (Cases in which specific performance of contracts connected with trusts enforceable)

12 - संविदा के भाग का विनिर्दिष्ट पालन (Specific performance of part of contract)

13 - क्रेता या पट्टेदार के उस व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध अधिकार जिसका कोई हक नहीं या अपूर्ण हक है (Rights of purchaser or lessee against person with no title or imperfect title)

14 - ऐसी संविदाएँ, जो विनिर्दिष्टतया प्रवर्तनीय नहीं हैं (Contracts not specifically enforceable)

14A - न्यायालय की विशेषज्ञों को नियुक्त करने की शक्ति (Power of court to engage experts)

15 - कौन विनिर्दिष्ट पालन अभिप्राप्त कर सकेगा (Who may obtain specific performance)

16 - अनुतोष का वैयक्तिक वर्जन (Personal bars to relief)

17 - सम्पत्ति को विक्रय करने या पट्टे पर देने की संविदा ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा जिसका उस पर कोई हक नही, विनिर्दिष्टत: प्रवर्तनीय नहीं (Contract to sell or let property by one who has no title, not specifically enforceable)

18 - फेरफार किए बिना अप्रवर्तन (Non-enforcement except with variation)

19 - पक्षकारों एवं उनसे अधीन पश्चात्‌वर्ती हक द्वारा दावा करने वाले व्यक्तियों के विरुद्ध अनुतोष (Relief against parties and persons claiming under them by subsequent title)

20 - संविदा का प्रतिस्थापित पालन (Substituted performance of contract)

20A - अवसंरचना परियोजना से संबंधित संविदा के लिए विशेष उपबंध (Special provisions for contract relating to infrastructure project)

20B - विशेष न्यायालय (Special Courts)

20C - वादों का शीघ्र निपटारा (Expeditious disposal of suits)

21 - कतिपय दशाओं में प्रतिकर अधिनिर्णीत करने की शक्ति (Power to award compensation in certain cases)

22 - कब्जेे, विभाजन, अग्रिम धन केे प्रतिदाय, इत्‍यादि के लिए अनुतोष के अनुदान की शक्ति (Power to grant relief for possession, partition, refund of earnest money, etc)

23 - नुकसानी का परिनिर्धारण विनिर्दिष्ट पालन के लिए वर्जन नही (Liquidation of damages not a bar to specific performance)

24 - विनिर्दिष्ट पालन के वाद के खारिज होने के पश्चात्‌ भंग के लिए प्रतिकर के वाद का वर्जन (Bar of suit for compensation for breach after dismissal of suit for specific performance)

25 - व्यवस्थापनों केे निष्पादन हेतु कतिपय पंचाटों एवं वसीयती निदेशों को पूर्ववर्ती धाराओं का लागू होना (Application of preceding sections to certain awards and testamentary directions to execute settlements)

26 - कब लिखत परिशुद्ध किये जा सकेंगेे (When instrument may be rectified)

27 - जहॉं विखंडन न्यायनिर्णीत या नामंजूर किया जा सकेगा (When rescission may be adjudged or refused)

28 - स्थावर सम्पत्ति के विक्रय या पद्टे के लिये संविदाओं ऐसी संविदाओं का कतिपय परिस्थितियों में विखंडन, जिनके विनिर्दिष्ट पालन की डिक्री की जा चुकी हैै (Rescission in certain circumstances of contracts for the sale or lease of immovable property, the specific performance of which has been decreed)

29 - विनिर्दिष्ट पालन के वाद में विखंडन के लिये अनुकल्पित प्रार्थना (Alternative prayer for rescission in suit for specific performance)

30 - न्यायालय विखंडित कराने वाले पक्षकारों से साम्या बरतने की अपेक्षा कर सकेगा (Court may require parties rescinding to do equity)

31 - कब रद्दकरण का आदिष्‍ट किया जा सकेगा (When cancellation may be ordered)

32 - कौन-सी लिखतें भागत: रद्द की जा सकेंगी (What instruments may be partially cancelled)

33 - जब लिखत रद्द की गई या शून्य अथवा शून्यकरणीय होने के रूप में सफलतापूर्वक प्रतिरोधित की गई, तो प्रत्यावर्तित किये जाने वाले फायदे या दिये जाने वाले प्रतिकर की अपेक्षा करने की शक्ति(Power to require benefit to be restored or compensation to be made when instrument is cancelled or is successfully resisted as being void or voidable)
