Section 95 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :Any party receiving notice of dishonour must, in order to render any prior party liable to himself, give notice of dishonour to such party within a reasonable time, unless such party otherwise receives due notice as provided by section 93.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 95 का विवरण :  - अनादर की सूचना पानेवाले किसी भी पक्षकार को इस गरज से कि वह किसी पूर्विक पक्षकार को अपने प्रति दायी करे अनादर की सूचना ऐसे पक्षकार को युक्तियुक्त समय के अंदर उस दशा के सिवाय देनी होगी जिसमें कि ऐसे पक्षकार को धारा 93 में उपबंधित सम्यक् सूचना अन्यथा प्राप्त हो गई है ।।
