Section 94 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 



Section 94 The Army Act, 1950  :Limit of certain deductions. The total deductions from the pay and allowances of a person made under clauses (e), (g) to (i) of section 91 shall not, except where he is sentenced to dismissal, exceed in any one month one- half of his pay and allowances for that month.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 94 का विवरण :  - कतिपय कटौतियों की परिसीमा - किसी व्यक्ति के वेतन और भत्तों में से धारा 91 के खण्डों (ङ) और (छ) से (झ) तक के अधीन की गई कुल कटौतियां तब के सिवाय जब कि वह पदच्युति से दण्डादिष्ट किया गया हो, किसी एक मास में उसके उस मास के वेतन और भत्तों के आधे से अधिक नहीं होगी।
