Section 9 The Army Act, 1950  :Notwithstanding anything contained in clause

(i) of section 3, the Central Government may, by notification, declare that any person or class of

persons subject to this Act shall, with reference to any

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 9 का विवरण :  -  धारा 3 के खंड (i) में किसी बात के अन्तर्विष्ट होते हुए भी, केन्द्रीय सरकार अधिसूचना द्वारा घोषित कर सकेगी कि कोई व्यक्ति या किसी वर्ग के व्यक्ति, जो इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन हैं, किसी ऐसे क्षेत्र के संबंध में, जिसमें कि वे सेवा कर रहे हों या इस अधिनियम के किसी उपबंध के या किसी अन्य तत्समय प्रवृत्त विधि के सम्बन्ध में इस अधिनियम के अर्थ में सक्रिय सेवा में समझे जाएंगे।
