Section 71 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 : If the maker, drawee or acceptor of a negotiable instrument has no known place of business or fixed residence, and no place is specified in the instrument for presentment for acceptance or payment, such presentment may be made to him in person wherever he can be found.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 71 का विवरण :  -  यदि परक्राम्य लिखत के रचयिता, लेखीवाल या प्रतिगृहीता का कोई कारबार का ज्ञात स्थान या नियत निवासस्थान नहीं है और लिखत में प्रतिग्रहणार्थ या संदायार्थ उपस्थापन के लिए कोई स्थान विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं है तो ऐसा उपस्थापन स्वयं उसको किसी ऐसे स्थान में किया जा सकेगा जहाँ कि वह पाया जा सके ।
