Section 67 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Hindi and English 



Section 67 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :A promissory note payable by instalments must be presented for payment on the third day after the date fixed for payment of each instalment; and non-payment on such presentment has the same effect as non-payment of a note at maturity.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 67 का विवरण :  - किस्तों में देय वचन-पत्र हर एक किस्त के संदाय के लिए नियत तारीख के पश्चात् तीसरे दिन संदाय के लिए उपस्थापित करना होगा और ऐसे उपस्थापन पर अंसदाय का वही प्रभाव होगा जो परिपक्वता पर वचन-पत्र के अंसदाय को होता है ।
