Section 67 The Army Act, 1950  :Abetment of offences punishable with death and not committed. Any person subject to this

Act who abets the commission of any of the offences punishable with death under sections 34, 37 and

sub- section

(1) of section 38 shall, on conviction by court- martial, if that offence be not committed in consequence

of the abetment, and no express provision is made by this Act for the punishment of such abetment,

be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to fourteen years or such less

punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 67 का विवरण :  - मृत्यु से दण्डनीय उन अपराधों का दुष्प्रेरण जो किए न गए हों - इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन का कोई व्यक्ति, जो उन अपराधों में किसी अपराध के किए जाने का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा जो धारा 34, 37 और धारा 38 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन मृत्यु से दण्डनीय है, सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा दोषसिद्धि पर उस दशा में, जिसमें कि वह अपराध दुष्प्रेरण के परिणामस्वरूप नहीं किया गया है और इस अधिनियम द्वारा कोई अभिव्यक्त उपबन्ध ऐसे दुष्प्रेरण को दण्डित करने के लिए नहीं किया गया है कारावास, जिसकी अवधि चौदह वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी या ऐसा लघुतर दंड, जो इस अधिनियम में वर्णित है, भोगने के दायित्व के अधीन होगा।
