Section 61 The Army Act, 1950  :Unlawful detention of pay. Any officer, junior commissioned officer, warrant officer or noncommissioned officer who, having received the pay of a person subject to this Act unlawfully detains or

refuses to pay the same when due, shall, on conviction by court- martial, be liable to suffer

imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years or such less punishment as is in this Act

mentioned.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 61 का विवरण :  -  वेतन का विधिविरुद्ध रोक रखना - कोई आफिसर, कानिष्ठ आयुक्त आफिसर, वारण्ट आफिसर या अनायुक्त आफिसर, जो इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन, किसी व्यक्ति का वेतन प्राप्त करके, उसके शोध्य होने पर उसे विधिविरुद्धतया रोक रखेगा या देने से इन्कार करेगा सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा दोषसिद्धि पर कारावास, जिसकी अवधि दस वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, या ऐसा लघुतर दंड जो इस अधिनियम में वर्णित है, भोगने के दायित्व के अधीन होगा।
