Section 60 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :A negotiable instrument may be negotiated (except by the maker, drawee or acceptor after maturity) until payment or satisfaction thereof by the maker, drawee or acceptor at or after maturity, but not after such payment or satisfaction.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 60 का विवरण :  - परक्राम्य लिखत तब तक परक्रामित की जा सकेगी, जब तक रचयिता, ऊपरवाल या प्रतिगृहीता द्वारा उसका संदाय या तुष्टि परिपक्वता पर या के पश्चात् न कर दी गई हो किन्तु ऐसे संदाय या तुष्टि के पश्चात् नहीं; परन्तु परिपक्वता के पश्चात् वह उसके रचयिता, ऊपरवाल या प्रतिगृहीता द्वारा परक्रामित न की जा सकेगी ।
