Section 45 The Army Act, 1950  :Unbecoming conduct. Any officer, junior commissioned officer or warrant officer who behaves in

a manner unbecoming his position and the character expected of him shall, on conviction by courtmartial, if he is an officer, be liable to be cashiered or to suffer such less punishment as is in this Act

mentioned; and, if he is a junior commissioned officer or a warrant officer, be liable to be dismissed or

to suffer such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 45 का विवरण :  -  अशोभनीय आचरण - कोई भी आफिसर, कनिष्ठ आयुक्त आफिसर या वारण्ट आफिसर, जो ऐसी रीति से व्यवहार करेगा, जो उसके पद और उससे प्रत्याशित शील की दृष्टि से अशोभनीय है, सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा दोषसिद्धि पर, यदि वह आफिसर है सकलंक पदच्युत किए जाने के दंड के दायित्व से, या ऐसा लघुतर दंड, जो इस अधिनियम में वर्णित है, भोगने के दायित्व के अधीन होगा और यदि वह कनिष्ठ आयुक्त आफिसर या वारण्ट आफिसर है, पदच्युत किए जाने के दायित्व के या ऐसा लघुतर दंड, जो इस अधिनियम में वर्णित है, भोगने के दायित्व के अधीन होगा।
