Section 31 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English 



Section 31 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Sections 161 to 165A (both inclusive) of the Indian Penal Code shall be omitted, and section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897 .), shall apply to such omission as if the said sections had been repealed by a Central Act.

 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 31 का विवरण :  - भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा 161 से 165-क (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए) विलुप्त की जाएं, और साधारण खंड अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 6 ऐसे लोप को इस प्रकार लागू होगी मानो उक्त धाराएं केन्द्रीय अधिनियम द्वारा निरसित कर दी गई हैं.
