Section 31 The Army Act, 1950  :Privileges of reservists. Every person belonging to the Indian Reserve Forces shall, when called

out for or engaged in or returning from, training or service, be entitled to all the privileges accorded by

sections 28 and 29 to a person subject to this Act.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 31 का विवरण :  -  रिजर्विस्टों के विशेषाधिकार - हर व्यक्ति जो भारतीय रिजर्व-बल का अंग है, तब जब कि वह प्रशिक्षण या सेवा के लिए आहूत किया गया हो या उसमें लगा हो या उससे लौट रहा हो, उन सब विशेषाधिकारों का हकदार होगा जो इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन के व्यक्ति को धाराओं 28 और 29 द्वारा दिए गए हैं।
