Section 30 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English
Section 30 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :(1) The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 (2 of 1947 .) and the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952 (46 of 1952 .) are hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, but without prejudice to the application of section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897 .), anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under or in pursuance of the Acts so repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under or in pursuance of the corresponding provision of this Act.

भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 30 का विवरण : -(1) भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1947 और दंडविधि संशोधन अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 46) एतद्द्वारा निरसित किए जाते हैं।
(2) ऐसे निरसन के होते हुए भी साधारण खंड अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 6 के लागू होने पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डाले बिना इस प्रकार निरसित की गई विधियों के अधीन या अनुसंख्या में किसी कार्यवाही या कोई कार्य अथवा जहां तक वे इस अधिनियम से असंगत नहीं हैं, के संबंध में यह माना जावेगा कि वे इस अधिनियम के तत्समान प्रावधानों के अधीन किए गए समझे जाएंगे।
