Section 27 The Army Act, 1950  :Remedy of aggrieved officers. Any officer who deems himself wronged by his commanding

officer or any superior officer and who on due application made to his commanding officer does not

receive the redress to which he considers himself entitled, may complain to the Central Government in

such manner as may from time to time be specified by the proper authority.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 27 का विवरण :  - व्यथित आफिसरों को प्राप्त उपचार - कोई आफिसर जो यह समझता है कि उसके कमान आफिसर या किसी वरिष्ठ आफिसर द्वारा उसके साथ अन्याय किया गया है और जिसको अपने कमान आफिसर से सम्यक् आवेदन करने पर ऐसा प्रतितोष प्राप्त नहीं होता जिसका वह स्वयं को हकदार समझता है, वह केन्द्रीय सरकार से ऐसी रीति से परिवाद कर सकेगा जो उचित प्राधिकारी द्वारा समय-समय पर विनिर्दिष्ट की जाए।
