Section 24 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English
Section 24 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, a statement made by a person in any proceeding against a public servant for an offence under sections 7 to 11 or under section 13 or section 15, that he offered or agreed to offer any gratification (other than legal remuneration) or any valuable thing to the public servant, shall not subject such person to a prosecution under section 12.

भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 24 का विवरण : - तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी विधि में किसी बात के होते हुए भी इस विधान की धारा 7 से 11 अथवा धारा 13 या धारा 15 के अधीन अपराध के लिए किसी लोक सेवक के विरुद्ध किसी कार्यवाही में किसी व्यक्ति के इस कथन से कि उस लोक सेवक को (वैध पारिश्रमिक से भिन्न) को पारितोषण या मूल्यवान चीज देने की प्रस्थापना की थी या प्रस्थापना करने के लिए सहमति दी थी ऐसे व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध धारा 12 के अधीन अभियोजन नहीं हो सकेगा ।
