Section 23 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 

Section 23 The Army Act, 1950  :Certificate on termination of service. Every junior commissioned officer, warrant officer, or

enrolled person who is dismissed, removed, discharged, retired or released from the service shall be

furnished by his commanding officer with a certificate, in the language which is the mother tongue of

such person and also in the English language setting forth-

(a) the authority terminating his service

(b) the cause for such termination; and

(c) the full period of his service in the regular Army.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 23 का विवरण :  - सेवा के पर्यवसान पर प्रमाणपत्र - प्रत्येक कनिष्ठ आयुक्त आफिसर, वारण्ट आफिसर या अभ्यावेशित व्यक्ति को जो सेवा से पदच्युत, उन्मोचित, निवृत्त या निर्मुक्त किया जाता है या हटाया जाता है, उसके कमान आफिसर द्वारा उस भाषा में जो ऐसे व्यक्ति की मातृभाषा है और अंग्रेजी भाषा में भी, एक प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा जिसमें निम्नलिखित उपवर्णि होंगे -

(क) उसकी सेवा का पर्यवसान करने वाला प्राधिकारी;

(ख) ऐसे पर्यवसान का कारण; तथा

(ग) नियमित सेना में उसकी सेवा की पूर्ण कालावधि।
