Section 19 The Army Act, 1950  :Subject to the provisions of this Act and the

rules and regulations made thereunder the Central Government may dismiss, or remove from the

service, any person subject to this Act.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 19 का विवरण :  - इस अधिनियम और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और विनियमों के उपबंधों के अध्यधीन रहते हुए यह है कि केन्द्रीय सरकार किसी भी ऐसे व्यक्ति को, जो इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन है पदच्युत कर सकेगी या सेवा से हटा सकेगी।
