Section 16 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 



Section 16 The Army Act, 1950  :The following persons shall be attested, namely:-

(a) all persons enrolled as combatants;

(b) all persons selected to hold a non- commissioned or acting non- commissioned rank; and

(c) all other persons subject to this Act as may be prescribed by the Central Government.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 16 का विवरण :  -  निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को शपथ दिलायी जाएगी, अर्थात् :

(क) योधकों के रूप में अभ्यावेशित सब व्यक्ति,

(ख) अनायुक्त या कार्यकारी अनायुक्त रैंक धारण करने के लिए चुने गए सब व्यक्ति,

(ग) इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन के सभी ऐसे अन्य व्यक्ति जो केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विहित किए जाएं।
