 Section 15 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English 



Section 15 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Whoever attempts to commit an offence referred to in clause (c) or clause (d) of sub- section (1) of section 13 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term 1[which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to five years] and with fine.

 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 15 का विवरण :  - जो कोई धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ग) या खंड (घ) में वर्णित अपराध करने का प्रयत्न करता है वह कारावास से दंडित किया जाएगा 1[जिसकी अवधि दो वर्ष से कम की नहीं होगी, किन्तु पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी] और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा।
