Section 146 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Hindi and English 



Section 146 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :The Court shall, in respect of every proceeding under this Chapter, on production of bank's slip or memo having thereon the official mark denoting that the cheque has been dishonoured, presume the fact of dishonour of such cheque, unless and until such fact is disproved.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 146 का विवरण :  - इस अध्याय के अधीन न्यायालय प्रत्येक कार्यवाही के सम्बन्ध में बैंक के स्लिप को पेश करने पर या ज्ञापन उस पर प्राधिकृत चिन्ह रहने पर, सूचित करते हुए कि चैक अनादृत किया गया है, ऐसे चैक का अनादरण के तथ्य का उपधारण करेगा, जब तक ऐसे तथ्य अप्रमाणित न है ।
