Section 14 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English 




Section 14 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Whoever habitually commits--

(a) an offence punishable under section 8 or section 9; or

(b) an offence punishable under section 12. shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall be not less than 1[five years] but which may extend to 1[ten years] and shall also be liable to fine.

 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 14 का विवरण :  - जो कोई अभ्यासत: - 

(क) धारा 8 या धारा 9 के अधीन दंडनीय अपराध करता है, या

(ख) धारा 12 के अधीन दंडनीय अपराध करता है, वह ऐसी अवधि के कारावास से दंडित किया जाएगा जिसकी अवधि 1[पांच वर्ष] से कम नहीं होगी किन्तु जो 1[दस वर्ष] तक की हो सकेगी और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा।
