Section 14 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 

Section 14 The Army Act, 1950  :. If, after complying with the provisions of section 13, the enrolling officer is

satisfied that the person desirous of being enrolled fully understands the questions put to him and

consents to the conditions of service, and if such officer perceives no impediment, he shall sign and

shall also cause such person to sign the enrolment paper, and such person shall thereupon be

deemed to be enrolled.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 14 का विवरण :  - यदि धारा 13 के उपबंधों का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात् अभ्यावेशन आफिसर का समाधान हो जाता है कि अभ्यावेशन का इच्छुक व्यक्ति अपने से पूछे गए प्रश्नों को पूर्णतया समझता है और सेवा की शर्तों के बारे में अपनी सम्मति देता है, और यदि ऐसे आफिसर को कोई अड़चन जान नहीं पड़ती तो वह अभ्यावेशन पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर करेगा और उस व्यक्ति से भी हस्ताक्षर कराएगा और तदुपरि यह समझा जाएगा कि वह व्यक्ति अभ्यावेशित हो गया है।
