 Section 129 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Hindi and English 



Section 129 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :Any banker paying a cheque crossed generally otherwise than to a banker, or a cheque crossed specially otherwise than to the banker to whom the same is crossed, or his agent for collection, being a banker, shall be liable to the true owner of the cheque for any loss he may sustain owing to the cheque having been so paid.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 129 का विवरण :  - कोई भी बैंकार, जो साधारणतः क्रॉस किए गए चैक का संदाय किसी बैंकार को करने से अन्यथा करता है या विशेषतः क्रॉस किए हुए चैक का संदाय उस बैंकार को, जिसके पक्ष में वह क्रॉस किया गया है, या संग्रहण करने के लिए उसके अभिकर्ता को, जो स्वयं बैंकार है, करने से अन्यथा करता है, वह चैक के सही स्वामी के प्रति उस हानि के लिए दायी होगा जो ऐसा स्वामी चैक का संदाय ऐसे किए जाने के कारण उठाए ।
