परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 127 का विवरण : - हाँ कि चैक एक से अधिक बैंकारों के पक्ष में विशेषतः क्रॉस किया गया है वहाँ तब के सिवाय जब कि वह संग्रह करने के प्रयोजन के लिए अभिकर्ता को क्रॉस किया गया है, वह बैंकार, जिस पर वह लिखा गया है, उसका संदाय करने से इंकार करेगा ।
