परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 126 का विवरण :  - जहाँ कि चैक साधारणतः क्रॉस किया हुआ है वहाँ वह बैंकार, जिस पर वह लिखा हुआ है, उसका संदाय किसी बैंकार को करने से अन्यथा न करेगा ।

विशेषतः क्रॉस किए हुए चैक का संदाय -- जहाँ कि चैक विशेषतः क्रॉस किया हुआ है वहाँ वह बैंकार, जिस पर वह लिखा गया है, उसका संदाय उस बैंकार को जिसके पक्ष में वह क्रॉस किया हुआ है, या संग्रह करने के लिए उसके अभिकर्ता को करने से अन्यथा न करेगा।
