Section 12 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English 



Section 12 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Whoever abets any offence punishable under section 7 or section 11 whether or not that offence is committed in consequence of that abetment, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall be not less than 1[three years] but which may extend to 1[seven years] and shall also be liable to five.

 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 12 का विवरण :  - जो कोई धारा 7 या धारा 11 के अधीन दंडनीय किसी अपराध का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा, चाहे भले ही उस दुष्प्रेरण के परिणामस्वरूप कोई अपराध घटित हुआ हो या नहीं ऐसे कारावास से दंडित किया जाएगा जिसकी अवधि 1[सात वर्ष] तक की हो सकेगी किन्तु जो 1[तीन वर्ष] से कम नहीं होगी और जुर्माने से दंडनीय होगा।
