Section 114 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Hindi and English 

Section 114 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :Any person so paying is entitled to all the rights, in respect of the bill, of the holder at the time of such payment, and may recover from the party for whose honour he pays all sums so paid, with interest thereon and with all expenses properly incurred in making such payment.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 114 का विवरण :  - ऐसे संदाय करने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति विनिमय-पत्र के बारे में उन सब अधिकारों का हकदार है जो ऐसे संदाय के समय धारक के हैं और उस पक्षकार से, जिसके आदरणार्थ उसने संदाय किया है, इस भाँति संदत्त सब राशियों को उन पर ब्याज सहित और ऐसा संदाय करने में समुचित रूप से उपगत सब व्ययों सहित वसूल कर सकेगा ।
