Section 113 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :When a bill of exchange has been noted or protested for non-payment, any person may pay the same for the honour of any party liable to pay the same, provided that the person so paying or his agent in that behalf has previously declared before a notary public the party for whose honour he pays, and that such declaration has been recorded by such notary public.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 113 का विवरण : - जबकि विनिमय-पत्र असंदाय के लिए टिप्पणित या प्रसाक्ष्यित किया जा चुका है, तब कोई भी व्यक्ति ऐसे किसी पक्षकार के आदरणार्थ उसका संदाय कर सकेगा जो उसका संदाय करने का दायी है, परन्तु यह तब जब कि ऐसा संदाय करने वाले व्यक्ति ने या तन्निमित्त उसके अभिकर्ता ने नोटरी पब्लिक के समक्ष उस पक्षकार की पूर्व में ही घोषणा कर दी हो जिसके आदरणार्थ वह संदाय करता है और ऐसी घोषणा उस नोटरी पब्लिक द्वारा अभिलिखित कर दी गई हो ।
