Section 11 The Army Act, 1950  : No person who is not a citizen of India shall, except with the

consent of the Central Government signified in writing, be enrolled in the regular Army: Provided that

nothing contained in this section shall bar the enrolment of the subjects of Nepal in the regular Army

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 11 का विवरण :  - कोई भी व्यक्ति जो भारत का नागरिक नहीं है, केन्द्रीय सरकार की लिखित रूप में संज्ञापित सम्मति से अभ्यावेशित किए जाने के सिवाय नियमित सेना में अभ्यावेशित नहीं किया जाएगा:

परन्तु इस धारा में अन्तर्विष्ट कोई भी बात नियमित सेना में नेपाल की प्रजाजन के अभ्यावेशन को वर्जित नहीं करेगी।
