परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 103 का विवरण :  - वे सब विनिमय-पत्र, जो ऊपरवाल के निवासस्थान के तौर पर वर्णित स्थान से भिन्न किसी अन्य स्थान में देय लिखे गये हैं, और जो अप्रतिग्रहण द्वारा अनादृत हो गए हैं, ऊपरवाल को आगे कोई और उपस्थापन के बिना उस स्थान में, जो संदाय के लिए विनिर्दिष्ट है, असंदाय के लिए प्रसाक्ष्यित किए जा सकेंगे यदि उसका संदाय परिक्वता के पूर्व या परिपक्वता पर न कर दिया गया हो ।
