Section 10 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 in Hindi and English 



Section 10 Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 :Whoever, being a public servant, in respect of whom either of the offences defined in section 8 or section 9 is committed, abets the offence, whether or not that offence is committed in consequence of that abetment, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall be not less than six months but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine.

 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 10 का विवरण :  - जो कोई लोक सेवक होते हुए धारा 8 या 9 में परिभाषित अपराधों का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा चाहे उसके परिणामस्वरूप अपराध घटित हुआ हो या नहीं तो उसे ऐसे दुष्प्रेरण के लिए ऐसे कारावास से जिसकी अवधि पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, किन्तु जो छह मास से कम की नहीं होगी दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से दंडनीय होगा ।
